Office Hours & Response Times

We don’t have traditional office hours since we’re usually in our kitchens testing recipes, but here’s when you can expect to hear from us:

Monday – Friday: 24-48 hour response time
Weekends: We try to stay off email to spend time with our families, but we’ll get back to you by Monday
Holidays & School Breaks: Might take an extra day or two (especially Sarah during summer break chaos!)

Emergency recipe disasters: If you’re in the middle of cooking for a special event and something’s going wrong, put “RECIPE EMERGENCY” in your subject line. We check email more frequently and will prioritize these!

Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely! While we specialize in gluten-free, we understand that many families deal with multiple food allergies. We’ll do our best to suggest modifications, though we always recommend testing carefully.

Yes! Sarah and Jessica personally read and respond to every message. During busy periods (like recipe testing marathons), it might take us a few extra days, but we will get back to you.

We love when people share our recipes! Please share a brief description and photo (your own), then link back to the full recipe on our site. This helps us keep creating new content for everyone.

Currently, we focus on sharing recipes and cooking guidance rather than selling physical products. But we’re always exploring ways to better serve our community!
