Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Grainless Life! By using our website, signing up for our newsletter, or accessing our recipes and content, you’re agreeing to these terms. We’ve tried to write them in plain English rather than legal jargon, but they’re still legally binding.

If you don’t agree with these terms, please don’t use our website. We’d hate to see you go, but we understand that terms and conditions matter.

About Our Content

Recipe License and Usage

Personal use: You’re welcome to make our recipes for yourself, your family, and your friends. Cook away! Share meals! Enjoy delicious gluten-free food!

What you can share: Feel free to share links to our recipes on social media, in emails, or on your own blog. We love it when people discover new gluten-free options through your recommendations.

What you can’t do: Please don’t copy and paste our entire recipes and republish them as your own content. A brief description with a link back to the full recipe is perfect. This helps us keep creating new content for everyone.

Recipe modifications: Go ahead and adapt our recipes for your family’s needs! Different flour blends, allergy modifications, personal preferences – that’s how cooking works. If you share your modifications online, we’d love a mention that you started with one of our recipes.

Commercial use: If you’re a food business, restaurant, or commercial kitchen wanting to use our recipes, please email us at contact@grainlesslife.com. We’re usually happy to work something out.

Blog Content and Articles

Educational sharing: You can quote small portions of our articles (a paragraph or two) as long as you link back to the original post. This is great for social media shares or blog discussions.

Full republishing: Please don’t republish our entire blog posts, articles, or guides on other websites. We put a lot of work into our content, and we need people to find it on our site so we can keep creating more.

Photography: Our recipe photos are our original work. Please don’t use them without permission. If you make one of our recipes and want to share your own photo, that’s wonderful!

User-Generated Content

Recipe Reviews and Comments

We love feedback! When you comment on our recipes or email us about your results, you’re helping make our content better for everyone.

What you’re agreeing to: By posting comments or sending us feedback, you’re giving us permission to use your comments on our website and in our marketing materials. Don’t worry – we’ll always credit you appropriately.

Keep it kind: We’re all learning here. Please keep comments constructive and family-friendly. We reserve the right to remove comments that are spam, inappropriate, or mean-spirited.

Recipe photos: If you email us photos of recipes you’ve made, we might ask permission to share them on our website or social media (with full credit to you, of course!). We’ll always ask first.

Community Guidelines

Be helpful: Our community is built on helping each other succeed in gluten-free cooking. Share your experiences, ask questions, and support other home cooks.

Respect dietary needs: Please remember that for many of our readers, gluten-free isn’t a choice – it’s a medical necessity. Be sensitive to the fact that celiac disease and gluten sensitivity are serious health conditions.

No spam: Don’t use our comment sections to promote unrelated products or services. Recipe-related product recommendations are fine, but obvious spam will be removed.
